Hello and Welcome! I am Sophie Bizeul. I am delighted you found your way to this website and would love to hear from you if you feel inspired by these pages.

Let me introduce myself: first and foremost, I see myself as a global citizen, having had the immense pleasure and honour to live, study and work in many fascinating parts of the world, including France (my beloved birth country), Spain, Tunisia, Argentina, England, the US, Switzerland and now Canada (my gorgeous adoptive country).

After a first career as a translator in the corporate world working for both big international organizations (SAP, Nestlé, etc.) and smaller ones, I took a leap of faith and transitioned to the coaching field. I started off by establishing my own coaching practice, then spent 7 years on the Anthony Robbins Coaching team, took on an exciting training role at Erickson Coaching International, became an independent ICF assessor as well as a certified coach mentor and supervisor. My practice is essentially an international practice, where I have the opportunity to use almost daily the 3 languages I speak (French, English and Spanish) with clients located everywhere around the globe.

One could say that my fascination for “essenc-ial” conversations dates back to some of my earliest memories. As a 10-year old, I remember walking away from a truly transformational conversation with a struggling friend of mine and thinking: “This is what I want to do for the rest of my life.” However, it is only many years later, as I had to face my own demons and challenges which no amount of counseling or therapy seemed to help with, that I found my way to coaching. The rest is now history…
