Coach Supervision

Are you an active coach looking to process client cases and address other key topics
related to your professional practice in a safe, supportive and open environment?

As a coach trainer, a certified mentor and supervisor as well as a Master Certified Coach with thousands of hours of coaching experience in both internal and external capacities, I will support you in finding answers specific to your needs, your clients’ needs and your market requirements.

The European Mentoring and Coaching Council, an authority in the field of supervision, recommends that each coach receive at least 1 hour of supervision for every 35 hours of coaching they provide, with a minimum of 4 hours of supervision per year. In addition to the countless benefits a coach derives from having access to a safe space where they can debrief their work with an experienced professional, supervision also helps establish one’s professional credibility as more and more organizations are looking at supervision as a quality insurance practice from any professional coaching service provider.

Individual sessions typically last 1 hour. Group sessions of 4-6 people last between 1.5-2 hours.
